Please Join Your Civic League!BWCL is a neighborhood association whose purpose is to promote good fellowship and citizenship in our neighborhood. Annual dues support lots of neighborhood events, the neighborhood newsletter, entrance lighting and landscaping, meetings with speakers and special projects. The BWCL is run by all volunteers who live in the neighborhood! Annual dues (per home) are only $35.
