The Bellamy Woods Civic League is proud to have been recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization since inception in 1987. By maintaining an exemption from Virginia Sales Taxes we are able to save money when making certain purchases to carry out our mission. The BWCL is also properly registered with the Commonwealth of Virginia to solicit donations in support of our projects and programs.
